Swizzle Studio is taking part in the Niagara Artists Centre’s annual fundraising art sale, Small Feats.
Christine has continued with the “Niagara Peninsula icons doing battle” theme she started at last year’s Small Feats with the Brock Monument battling a giant robot. TKO! Skylon vs. CN Tower shows the pugnacious Niagara Falls attraction pummeling its overgrown cousin.

I have painted a pair of taxidermy hedgehog-like animals on panel. These are based on photographs I took at old European zoological museums in 2009.

Small Feats features over 150 pieces, with the proceeds split between NAC and the artists. Much more than a regular exhibit, Small Feats is an exciting event with smartly-attired volunteers (myself included!) ringing in the sales and catering from St. Catharines’ dining institution The Office.
Every piece is $200, every piece is one square foot in size. Note that buying or upgrading your NAC membership will give you first crack at the art.
