Finger Puppet How-To Sheets

(We’re reposting these Finger Puppet How-To Sheets for kids and adults who might enjoy some crafting during this period of weirdness. Enjoy!)

The organizers at Puppet-A-Go-Go asked me to make them some handouts for the finger puppet workshops they are hosting. Here are 6 one pagers for every age and skill level.

To print, right-click the page you like, select view image. Then print horizontal. To save the page: right-clicking and select Save Image As.

Pandemic sketchbook

I have been drawing furiously for the last few days in something I call “My Pandemic Sketchbook”. All sorts of drawing styles and moods. I figured I’d share the first 10 pages with you. There’s a link at the top of this page, and in this post too.

I’m taking a little break from the disaster diary for now. Too much time in that world can wear a person down. Stay well, friends!

Vermin paintings

When I was in Grade 3, I ordered a book from Scholastic called Animals Nobody Loves, by Ronald Rood. It had a lifelong effect on me.
